Honest to Goodness Seeds- Black Chia 500g

Brand: Honest to Goodness

Description

Tiny black seeds with a neutral, faintly nutty flavour and a knack for soaking up liquid, which is exactly what makes them so useful. Stir them into milk or juice and they swell overnight into a soft, spoonable pudding. Beyond that, sprinkle them over yoghurt and smoothie bowls, add them to bread and muffins, or use them as an egg replacer in vegan baking. Certified organic, and the 500g pack suits a household that gets through plenty.
