Symons Shaved Parmesan 200g

Brand: Symons

Description

Thin curls of organic parmesan, shaved and ready to scatter. Parmesan is a hard cheese with a savoury, nutty depth, and shaving it brings out that flavour in delicate pieces that melt on the tongue rather than sitting in a lump. Finish a bowl of pasta, a caesar salad or a tray of roast vegetables with a generous handful, or fold the shavings through a risotto just before serving. All the flavour of a wedge, none of the grating.
