Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm is a family operation at Dumbleyung in southern Western Australia, owned and farmed by the Lloyd family using traditional, ecologically sustainable methods. It grows and stone-mills a full range of biodynamic flours: Premium Bakers, Plain Cake and Biscuit, Atta and more, all Demeter certified. The grain comes from Australian heritage wheat varieties milled to retain the bran, germ and semolina.
