Love Your Guts is a Sydney-based maker of hand-crafted, small-batch fermented foods, based in Rozelle, NSW. Its sauerkraut is shredded, salted and barrel-fermented naturally for at least four weeks, then hand-jarred and chilled to keep the live cultures active. Flavours include Classic, Beetroot & Ginger, and Carrot, Caraway & Dill.
