Maidea is an Italian gluten-free pasta maker from Abruzzo, founded in 2013. Its Corn & Rice pasta is bronze-extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures for an excellent cooked texture, free from additives and emulsifiers. Made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, the range covers shapes like Casarecce, Fusilli and Gnocchetti.
